What's the name of that foam material you sculpted with? I have looked up "thicker block", "Seeker block", "asika block", and all their alternate spellings, to no avail. I'd love to use it to make figurines.

You could do nice templates for the pantograph with a 3d printer. Would save having to carve them out of wood.
